Hi, my name is Nelly and I decided to make the site with the idea of bringing Russian everyday cuisine a little bit closer to the rest of the world. I am sure you will find a lot of ideas for inspiration which will make your daily menu more interesting and diversified.
I love cooking and experimenting. I will be happy to hear any comments or wishes from you and help you with Russian recipes if you don't get something, or may be are looking for a particular recipe.

P.S. For my visitors from the countries using the metric measurment system: all the measures in the recipes here are provided within the US customary unit system. So you will just need where appropriate to make a conversion. There are plenty of conversion tools on the Internet, so there shouldn't be any problem :)
