Zucchini casserole

Ingredients:

- 3
zucchinis 
onions 
eggs 
- 1 
cup yoghurt 
- 3,7 
oz grated cheese 
2 tbsp. oil
 
black pepper and salt 
How to:

1. 
Cut zucchini in cubes. 
2. Put the zucchini in a collander ad a little bit of salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes. 
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion until it becomes transparent. In a separate bowl beat up the eggs and yoghurt, add cheese and mix well. 
4. Drain and squeeze the zucchini, put them in a bowl and mix with the onion, cheese and yoghurt sauce, add pepper and salt. Mix well. 
5. Pour the mixture in a baking form lightly greased with oil. 
6. Bake at 356 degrees 30-35 minutes until golden crust.
