Curd cheese cake with fruits


Ingredients:

-        17,6 oz curd
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 6 tbsp. semolina
- 7 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 orange
- ¼ cup cream

Topping:
- fruits and 2-3 tbsp. sugar

How to: 

1. Blend curd cheese, yoghurt and semolina. Add eggs, sugar, cream and baking powder
.
2. Ribe 1 tsp. of orange zest and add it to the curd mixture.
3. Pour the batter into the baking form dredged with breadcrumbs and bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
  4. Take out the cake, put fruits on top and dredge with sugar. Put    the cake back to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes. The cake turns out incredibly tender literally melting in mouth.
