Cake from pancakes and Nutella



Ingredients:

- 1
cup + 3 tbsp. flour
- 2,47
oz hazel nuts, ground
- 2
tbsp. sugar
- 6
eggs
- 2
cups milk
- 6
tbsp. olive oil
- 1
tsp. vanilla
- ¼
tsp. salt
- Nutella
- chopped hazel nuts for decoration

How to:

1.
Mix the flower, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and salt to a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. 
2. Heat a frying pan and make thin pancakes. Smear each layer of pancakes with Nutella and put some chopped hazel nuts on top. Let the cake cool.
